TheNewNay2019 8 Posted January 26, 2020 My weight loss has stalled for the last week and a half. I am 12 weeks post op from sleeve. Is this normal and has anyone else had the same issue? If so, any suggestions how to kick start it.
JRT Mom 919 Posted January 26, 2020 Almost EVERYONE has a major stall at three months. I'm two months out and already had bunches of mini-stalls so I am not looking forward to a major one at three months. From what I've read here, stick with your plan and it WILL resolve itself. Hopefully some of the veterans will post and give you some pointers! 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
GradyCat 3,695 Posted January 26, 2020 Absolutely normal. Nearly EVERYONE gets the dreaded 4 week stall, so you got lucky and didn't get it until 12 weeks. It's nothing you're doing wrong. It's just your body needing time to adjust. Stay with the program and you'll be fine.

Arabesque 7,442 Posted January 27, 2020 Stalls are normal and they’ll happen lol along your journey. They can last for a week, two, three or more. shake things up a bit. Some find intermittent fasting will break it, others increase their intake. Think of them as your body just trying to catch up with your weight loss & new eating & activity habits. It’s just your body wanting breathing space.
