Ok so today I have my 2nd meeting with with Nutritionist..for the last couple of weeks my scale was showing 306.8 & I weighed this morning to send her my weight ot reads 308..so I'm thinking I'm doing really good..started @ 311..so I'm okay with a little, at least I didn't gain!![emoji16]

Good luck with your nutritionist. My surgeon's office has a new dietitian that I really like and I think will really help me
