Isabelmonster 62 Posted January 14, 2020 (edited) Kinda sucks but I lost 48 pounds in two months now I have to figure out how to break this stall. I’m already doing about 700 calories a day. Maybe nows a good time to hit the gym? Edited January 14, 2020 by Isabelmonster 1 Krimsonbutterflies reacted to this
heycrystal2052 430 Posted January 14, 2020 I hit a full stall after about a year and a half, working out really helps. I'm very loyal to that, it'll work for you!! 1 Krimsonbutterflies reacted to this
catwoman7 11,220 Posted January 14, 2020 if you stick to your plan, it should break on its own. It's just your body recalibrating - happens to most of us once in awhile. I had several stalls on my journey. 1 Krimsonbutterflies reacted to this
Losingit2018 1,170 Posted January 18, 2020 You could try increasing your calories a bit. Many people have had good results breaking a stall this way. 1 Krimsonbutterflies reacted to this
