I love my Instant Pot. Does anyone have any good recipes I can use?

chicken, beef, pork, Soups. No seafood (I'm not a fan)

I have many recipes & used my IP many times. I was just wondering if there were any recipes geared for us bariatric peeps.

I haven’t seen any geared towards us. I just stick to the low carb/ low fat recipes that I find. If you google low carb ip recipes you should find a bunch.
