all depends on the size you are and your dr. I only went down one size.

back in 2012.... i had the band placed in 2009.... maintained my wl so i got a TT with Lipo of the flanks. After the band had to be removed i put on 30lbs..... Since 8/28/19 (sleeve) i lost those 30 + 8.5 more. I'll send you a PM.

Eat/drink pineapple juice it helps with swelling..... keep that garment on 23 hours a day... I only took mine off to shower. I put that giant Kotex across my incision to help and a panty liner to keep my Kitty cat clean during the day. First week i slept in recliner..... I was back at my desk job in 12 days
