Being-Sleepy

Hello, everyone the question I want to ask is if this happens to anyone, well I'm 0ne month from post-op and I'm still on liquid diet but I noticed that when I sometime eat sweet-potato very well blend and I mix it with the chicken broth for some reason it always gets me very sleepy but usually anything I eat always makes me sleepy why

Your body is going through a lot with major surgery & low calories. Give it time for your body to adjust.

yes its normal just give it time to adjust plus if u had take home pain killers it going to take time for them to leave your system ....well thats how it was for me since my tolerance for pain medication is very low ...i hate them i feel so high i hate that feeling
