What do I need to prepare for surgery

I know I need Vitamins and I am also going to get the unflavored Protein Shake if anyone could give me any good vitamins that are chewable

I was told to get Flintstones children’s chewable ( not the Gummy ones) to start. About 2.5 months after my surgery I was able to switch to regular adult Multi Vitamins. I did have to cut them in half though.

Check out Amazon or Bariatric Pal.com for Vitamins, shakes, Protein powders etc. I am 1 wk out from my sleeve surgery and my program said I needed the following. In either the Bariatric Advantage or Celebrate brand.

I found bariatric pal.com to be cheaper due to promo codes or reoccurring ordering discounts. I also take D3 2000iu, 2xday, B12 vit orally and Biotin daily.

I live near a CVS and if you do their CarePass discount program their generic Vitamins and minerals are BOGO and 20% off. They do free delivery with CarePass. The prices come out about the same as Amazon.
