toodlerue 452 Posted December 29, 2019 We took GasX right after. You can take a Fiber powder that you mix in Water for Constipation right now. (I just can’t think of what it’s called right now!) If you think you are really impacted use an enema. You don’t need to lay down on the ground, just use it while sitting on the toilet & hold it in for a few minutes. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this

djvalade 26 Posted December 30, 2019 My Bariatric team recommended Miramax for regularity both prior and folliwing surgery. It's not a fast solution, but it does work very well. I still rely on it 17 months after surgery when I encounter Constipation.

My team had me take MOM (Milk of Magnesia) and had me start taking Benefiber. The MOM worked for me the next morning. I took 30ml before bed and was able to go the next morning. Hope it works for you.
Krestel 330 Posted December 31, 2019 This sh*t got real! (sorry, I couldnt help my self.) Prunes...prunes, I say. They are a nice sweet treat and help with the Constipation. When I got out of surgery, slightly watered down prune juice was amazing.
