It will prevent choking because the liquid will not get from your stomach to your throat. In this case, I would recommend using big pillows made of memory foam like this amazon body pillow. Pillows like this one provide the best conditions for sleeping and are designed for pain-free nights. I have one like this, and I love it, especially because I am rather long, and this long pillow supports every part of my body. I think that anyone would like a pillow like this.
