Hop_Scotch 1,632 Posted December 25, 2019 You haven't been advised of what you can and can't take before now? What anxiety meds hae you been prescribed? I assume your surgeon knows you have been prescribed these meds?

🌱VeGan❤️HeArT🌱 97 Posted December 25, 2019 Are you ok? Anxiety sucks! I like to read, and meditate when I’m feeling anxious. It took a lil practice, but it really works for me now. What are things you do to help it? 1 Nelly631 reacted to this
JessLess 1,163 Posted December 25, 2019 I let my surgeon know I took a benzo (Xanax) daily and they put it in my drip surgery day so I wouldn't go into withdrawal. I resumed taking it as prescribed the next day. (Swallowing the pill.) I'M NO DOCTOR, so if you can call one, that's what I recommend. But in my case, taking them was not an issue at all. If it's extended-release, as mine was, you may have to find a different formulation. Fortunately, regular release works fine for me now.
