Likklelime 12 Posted January 14, 2020 Hi Suburban Boston. I've been with my bariatric center for a year. I think its fear. I've had a few co occurring medical issues I was focusing on and those have mostly been addressed. I really need to do some deep thinking over the next few days... Puffy-no-more 141 Posted January 14, 2020 So what is yall's Pre-op diet? I feel like mine is weird. They just said low cal, low carb, and high Protein for 10 days prior and nothing to eat or drink after midnight the day of. I just think it's weird cause almost everyone else has to do some sort of liquid diet prior to surgery. 1 VirgoSocialWorker reacted to this

Surgery and post surgery I’m not the least bit concerned..I just want to make sure that I eat properly within the post op guidelines. I keep reading about people that cheat during their pre-op which impacts their liver not shrinking down, and will be denied surgery at time of operation. I plan on doing 2 Protein Shakes a day and small low- carb meal in the evening. And lots of Water lol.
