Also had surgery 11/15/19..I have hit a couple plateaus along the way but I’m still continuing to lose, just maybe not as fast as I thought I would. I lost 22 lbs in the first month after surgery but that has slowed down since then. My surgeon says I should expect to lose about 10 lbs a month from now on...just hang in there! paulabear 2 Posted January 4, 2020 I had surgery 11 dec 2019 so just coming up to 4wks post op. Lost 13lb in first two weeks now not lost anything in last week and half.
