lvidacovich 372 Posted December 23, 2019 You can buy a scale that does a rudimentary job of giving your stats - fat, Water, bone, etc. As long as you use the same one then the results should be good for comparison sake. There are also handheld versions. They work by sending electrical signals through your body and measuring resistance.
