Yes I do take Biotin and use a Shampoo that is supposed to block dht and prevent Hair loss. I had sleeve in March 2018. Started losing hair then and never stopped losing it. Praying that I don’t lose more with this revision!

i meant that I don’t have to take Calcium and Iron separately

I already have slight Hair loss with PCOS so I take HSN Vitamins but stopped for my two weeks diet. I would like to find some good ones to take. I feel like I am going to have some bad hair loss 😭😭

I'm supposed to take my fusion vitamins 4 times a day, and I have a sleeve. I want to only take them twice a day lmao

I know that the instructions say 4 times per day but my surgeon assured me that plenty of studies have proven that taking two in the morning and two at night work very well. I am going to trust what he says.
