Joyfuljourney 10 Posted December 19, 2019 Experiencing my first stall. I know it's normal. Just curious if anybody has any tips or something they've tried to break the stall?
GradyCat 3,695 Posted December 19, 2019 Oh they're so, so frustrating. Just rest assured that it's nothing you've done wrong. Therefore, there isn't something you can do about it. It just has to run its course. Hang in there and keep up the good work. 1 Joyfuljourney reacted to this

AJ Tylo 1,399 Posted December 19, 2019 Breath and stay on course - I can fix the stall Do not weigh yourself for a few weeks - Really take a break from the scale and just stay on your program. 3 nenes78, Joyfuljourney and Slownstedy reacted to this

lvidacovich 372 Posted December 20, 2019 Change something up. Eat a bit more, increase your carbs or Protein or Water intake or change up/increase your exercise. That should clear it within a week. I haven't hit a true stall longer than 3 days yet (knock on wood) but there have been full weeks where my weight loss has slowed to 1-2 pounds in those weeks. 1 Joyfuljourney reacted to this
Joyfuljourney 10 Posted December 20, 2019 Thanks everybody for the advice! I'm gonna stay off the scale and change up my routine and foods. Hopefully that'll make a difference.
