Wow you are already losing weight......My doctor has told me that I do not have to. Thats not a good thing because I am eating a lot of garbage prior to surgery and just gaining. Gosh I cant wait till the 3rd.

Thanks for doing a list. I counted 54 of us to be banded in January. I am so excited to be on my way to a new me. This website is great!

I wander if I will be able to eat popcorn post surgery????? Anyone know??

I'll have to update my information about nutrition and what to and not to eat once I start my journey.
