MollyBrown 0 Posted November 26, 2007 I am required to provide a food journal to my surgeons office. And if you don't produce one, they will not give you a fill. They recommended the FitDay.com website to use as a daily food journal. I have used it but find it to be pretty crappy, not a lot of preloaded foods, or the search engine stinks because it is not finding anything I put in. Or of course there is user error, but I don't think that is it. Anyway, is there a really good diet tracking software that you all use out there that I could get a referral on? georgia girl 35 Posted November 26, 2007 I use the daily plate as well and it works really well for me. They really do have just about every food stored on the website.
lindseyann2u 0 Posted November 26, 2007 I use my-calorie-counter.com. It's pretty good, there seem to be a lot of brand-name foods in the system. There is a charge for the full featured program, however. I can't compare it to other sites.
