ColoradoCanuck 70 Posted December 11, 2019 I have to make an emergency trip to Canada to be with family, and I'm on week 4 soft foods. To make sure I'm getting enough Protein in, I'm still drinking a Premier shake every day, but I could bring any in my luggage.Anyone know if these are available in Canada?Sent from my Pixel 3 using BariatricPal mobile app
HappyHikerGal 132 Posted December 11, 2019 If you don't find it, you can portion out Protein Powder in little baggies and pack it in our suitcase or carryon. Then you can just mix with Water, or in the case of Soups, pack some unflavored. I traveled recently, and brought instant Soup and added Protein powder to it. Good luck! Or some Protein powders are available in individual packets. I've often taken them on trips.
ColoradoCanuck 70 Posted December 11, 2019 Thanks. I'm already at the airport, that's why I was asking what was available in Toronto.
ms.sss 15,733 Posted December 11, 2019 Hiya! You can get Premier Protein (ready-to-drink) easily in T.O. I've seen them everywhere...it's probably cheapest at costco, but if you don't have a membership, Walmart is your next cheapest bet if its not on sale anywhere else
