Has pain in my back and stomach

I have been out of surgery 9 days and have gas pain and having a hard time getting it out. Any suggestions?

They say walking helps to get the gas out. The pain in my shoulder lasted 3 weeks! It was horrible!

Walk walk walk. That's what I was told. The gas releases through your skin the more active you are the better you will feel. I hope you feel better had bad gas pains after my gallbladder surgery it was awful. Made me determined not O have it after this surgery. Do you still have your gallbladder? Back pain can be attributed to gallbladder or kidney stones too. 9 days out is a little unusual for gas pains.

I had my gallbladder removed years ago but had not thought about kidney stones. I think I should have walked more and have tried to do that more. Some gas is probably from my system getting used to the diet. I probably sit too much as well
