catwoman7 11,220 Posted December 4, 2019 if you're still following your program religiously, it could just be a long stall. How long have you been at that weight? Sometimes stalls can last two or three weeks - and even longer once you get to a year or so out. 1 FluffyChix reacted to this

MegHealthy 11 Posted December 6, 2019 I’m the same and I believe it’s the fact we can eat a little bit more... or our bodies have adapted to the low calories? I don’t know, it’s depressing and disheartening but I’m telling myself every day that I can’t give up. So keep going because we have to.

Any suggestions?Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile appIt happens to all of us. I used to see that ppl lost a lot more than me, and would get me down, especially if I hit a stall. Weight loss rate depends on a lot of things including your starting weight. For example if someone started out having to lose 250 lbs they will lose faster than someone who only needs to lose 100. Don't get discouraged. Look at the progress you've made so far, a loss of 50 lbs is amazing. Just keep doing what you're supposed to and the weight will come off!! GOOD LUCK [emoji2] Sent from my SM-G950U1 using BariatricPal mobile app
