Day 10 of pre-op liquid diet

Did anyone feel really sick on the pre-op diet? I feel horrible with dizziness, headache, and weakness. My surgery is in 4 days but I can't stand the Protein Shakes and broth anymore.I don't know what else to do [emoji853]

I am post op from revision and can’t tolerate the shakes either. I am using Bone Broth, Unjury chicken broth and fat free fairlife milk instead.

I also drink the clear Protein 2o drinks.

I've never heard of the clear Protein Drinks, I'm going to have to see if I can find some

Pretty sure that most Walmart’s have them. You can also get a few different clear versions on Amazon but I know that you are short on time.

Yes. My local Walmart’s also have the clear Premier Protein drinks.

The clear one I drink is called protein2o I get it at sams.
