Bumps-fat cysts under skin?

Surgery was August 11th.
I went from 246-168 so far.
I am finding lumps on my leg.
They seem to be attached and immovable, we are thinking they are fat cysts but I thought fat cysts would be movable?

Also I’m covered in bruises ugh! My dr had to reschedule my appt and I’m overthinking.

Anyone else?

Yeah me too. They are fatty lipomas. Most are benign. Some people make hundreds of them.
