JAKE H 1,230 Posted November 27, 2019 i was humbled to get on the scale this morning and see 239.0. This surgery has been the best thing ive ever done. As everyone else says "i just wish i had did it sooner." I hope everyone has a happy thanksgiving and enjoy your day. Working out like crazy. Crossfit.
