ruxaradu 0 Posted November 27, 2019 Dear all,Sorry if this was already discussed 100 times, the search option was not very helpful. What is the fool log app of your choice ( free or paid)Thank you so much ! mcfluffington 179 Posted November 27, 2019 I am using Noom. It is paid. It is a course to get your head straight for weightloss. I lost five lbs in a couple months. (I am 5 years out from surgery and had a regain) It logs calories and has a color code for food that it recommends you eat. I kind of ignore the color code since I eat a lot of Protein and hate vegetables. I am also doing Jenny Craig. I think they have an app. It is good if you don't cook. ms.sss 15,725 Posted November 27, 2019 I have the paid version of MyFitnessPal
Lynda486 784 Posted November 27, 2019 I like www.myfitnesspal.com It is a free app that you can upgrade to a paid service. I use the free one for now. It is pretty easy to use also! 1 ms.sss reacted to this
JessLess 1,163 Posted November 27, 2019 I use Baritastic. It's designed for WLS patients. Before, I used MyFitnessPal. Both worked fine, although it would be nice if you could use Baritastic on a laptop instead of just the app. 2 lvidacovich and ms.sss reacted to this
lvidacovich 372 Posted November 27, 2019 Baritastic is the correct answer here. Designed for WLS patients it tracks your weight loss, measurements, Water intake and all the macros you want. It's pretty dang good for a free app and I like it more than MFP or anything else I've used. Being easy to use means you'll use it like you're supposed to! 1 ms.sss reacted to this
Chris NH 12 Posted November 27, 2019 I like both MyFitnessPal and LoseIt. I like my FitnessPal ‘s weight tracker better but I like LoseIt’s food entry/Database and how it shows macros better. 1 ms.sss reacted to this
apiane 174 Posted November 27, 2019 Baritastic is awesome. Definitely gives me all the info I need! And it's really easy to make meals and group things together. It may not have quite as big of a database as myfitnesspal, but I find that app overwhelming. 2 Deedee12 and ms.sss reacted to this
