Sweetthing 8 Posted November 24, 2019 Hey all! I just had surgery on Wednesday. Surgeon said everything went great. I find now, on day 5, I’m out of breath and lightheaded. Also the cramping is still so painful. Any tips or recommendations?? 2 Sweetthing and Slownstedy reacted to this

bigdaddyff 4 Posted November 24, 2019 Call doctor asap if not go to local emergency room. Sounds like dehydration and that could be as dangerous as anything else.Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app 3 Slownstedy, FluffyChix and Sweetthing reacted to this
Sweetthing 8 Posted November 25, 2019 Thank you all so much for your support! I went to the emergency room and they said the shortness of breath was actually just pain from the tube being down my throat during surgery, thank god! Got some morphine and resting now. Thank you all so much❤️❤️ 1 1 Slownstedy and Bari_KS reacted to this

Losingit2018 1,170 Posted November 27, 2019 I had this post op. Using my spirometer to exercise my lungs helped tremendously. I am day 5 today and no more lightheaded/ shortness of breath. 1 Slownstedy reacted to this

Do this a couple times an hour while you're aware. That's really all the incentive spirometer does. 1 Slownstedy reacted to this
