Wow your weight loss is very visable, congratulations on what you have achieved so far, and I love the new hair cut. Is your surgeon/medical team satisfied with your progress? If they aren't did they have any suggestions for you?

How many calories are you eating in a day? How much Protein? Are you still following your post-op food guidelines?

your loss is about the same as I was at that point.

Rate of weight loss has to do with a whole host of factors, most of which are out of your control - age, gender, starting BMI, metabolic rate, how active you are, whether or not you lost a lot of weight prior to surgery, etc. The only thing you have complete control over is commitment to your program. If you follow the program, the weight WILL come off, whether fast or slow. I was a slow loser from the get-go, but I almost never went off my plan during the losing phase, and I ended up losing all of my excess weight.

Slow and steady is great! That's how I was with my Lapband. I lost 99 pounds in two and a half years, and kept it off the following 7 years until the band decided it didn't like my body anymore. smh lol You look great! Impressive work so far and continued success.
