It's about Me 142 Posted November 12, 2019 Well I’m one year and six months post op and I have gained 8 pounds that I cannot seem to loose again. I feel sad and mad at myself. I started at 231 currently staying at 168... I don’t like myself right now. 1 Krimsonbutterflies reacted to this

catwoman7 11,221 Posted November 12, 2019 a 10-20 lb rebound after you hit your lowest weight is unfortunately very common. Losing eight pounds should be do-able, though - much easier than 20 or 30. I had a 12 lb rebound, so I can relate - and yes, it's tough to take off - but some people do it by going back to basics. For some reason, I have a hard time doing this, though!! 1 FluffyChix reacted to this
Nonnaof4 54 Posted November 14, 2019 Try not to beat yourself up. I'm still in the early losing stages so I can see where this would be frustrating to see the scale go back in the other direction. If you're not already go back to tracking everything you eat and just cut back a bit. I would think 8lbs would be do able to lose. Keep your chin up you've come this far so don't lose sight of all your hard work!
