I've been very mindful of the amount of Protein I'm eating over the past few days, and was surprised to see that I'm not eating enough protein. I'm getting perhaps 30 - 40 grams of protein a day. What an eye opener! It is no wonder that I've been so hungry all the time. I think I will just have to eliminate many things and focus on increasing the protein for now.
