One week post op and only lost 2 pounds!!

I needed to read this today, thank you. My one week post op appointment is tomorrow and I've lost about 2 pounds by my scale. I'm getting in all my fluids and shakes without a problem (only been cleared for shakes for 2 days) but my incision pain has been bad and I haven't been walking as much as I wanted to. I get up every hour and move a bit to prevent clots, but not much beyond that. I've been paranoid that I'm an outlier and that the sleeve won't help me much even if I follow the plan. I'm going to try and chill out, work the plan, and let my body heal.
