I woke so excited to eat an egg after sooooo long..... so i ate not even the whole egg but everything went down well...then decided to drink my 1 Vitamin after 20mins I was vomiting the whole vitamin🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️.... so now I need some guidance.... I think you drank the Vitamin too quickly after eating and your stomach was still full. Not supposed to drink anything for 30 mins after eating. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
