I got the gastric sleeve done on 7-31-19. So far I have lost 53 pounds but now I’m struggling with meal plans and portions sizes. If anyone had any tips for me it would be greatly appreciated!

Posting so I can follow when I get to that point! My sleeve was just 2 weeks ago and I had my first soft food (3/4 of 1 egg lol) last night!

I found that adding a green smoothie to my morning routine helped me (go to bathroom too!) -- 7/22/19 -- 268 to 11/5/19 - 207.

I have lost a lot of inches (didn't take them unfortunately before surgery). I am down from 20/22 to a 16.

Definitely get you a few small saucer plates (the ones they sit a coffee cup on). Good luck!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
