But I only had one outside stitch though, because for a small bleed, everything else was stitched internally. That is cool they said you could do it. I have one stitch on the outside. I haven't called anyone about anything, but if I have to, I will. I'm taking it day by day.

I feel 2 weeks would have probably been best. I agree that the pain is nearly unbearable. I know I'll go home tonight and use my pain meds. I hate doing that, and regular Tylenol has been ok through the day, but I want a peaceful sleep and some relief. Hoping that maybe pushing myself to walk more today will help, like everyone says it will. Thus far, it doesn't seem to be working. Yes, it's not as bad as it was Wednesday or Friday or Saturday even, but it's still horrible and, the more days we feel like this, the more it does play the mental game and wreak havoc. I'm both physically and mentally exhausted. Rant though I will, I agree; I know I made the right decision and I feel positive. I see change already (even my co-workers who know - I have been open about my journey - said they see the weight loss) and I know there is Exactly. Keep your spirits up. We got this💪
bodycando 43 Posted November 6, 2019 I’m 10+ months out and when I had surgery I was not anticipating being in so much pain (mostly because of what I’d heard from others) and I was completely blindsided from the extreme pain when I woke up. It took me a month to get back to work, and even then I built up my hours. I live in the Netherlands though so I *could* do that an still get my salary. In hindsight I’m really glad I took it slow. Even in the third week I was so weak and barely able to walk long distances.... good luck with your recovery. 1 Iamdlo reacted to this
