guys I highly recommend getting this scale. RENPHO. the statistics match PERFECTLY with the body composition analyzer at my surgeon's office that costs thousands of dollars. it was only like 30 bucks on Amazon. the trend charts are super cool to see, and helps you see where you need improvement (ex: my body Water was low for a while and same with protein).
