Meggie1111 18 Posted October 30, 2019 Help! I had a VSG a year ago and quickly lost 70lbs. This summer I totally fell off the wagon and started eating a TON of sugar. I still can’t consume a large volume of food but for some reason I can Hoover sugar without issue. I would still like to lose another 30-40lbs and I just need help getting back on track. Stay within your weight loss calories and macros, hydrate and exercise.
