Help! I had a VSG a year ago and quickly lost 70lbs. This summer I totally fell off the wagon and started eating a TON of sugar. I still can’t consume a large volume of food but for some reason I can Hoover sugar without issue. I would still like to lose another 30-40lbs and I just need help getting back on track. Anyone BTDT

Just start back up on your plan again. Target Protein, eliminate sugar.

Go back to basics. Log your food. Stay within your weight loss calories and macros, hydrate and exercise.
