krush79 0 Posted October 11, 2019 Finding it hard to be interested in fluids of any kind. Lots of nausea but improving. The first night was non.stop nausea. Headaches most if the time. Will I feel better soon?Sent from my SM-G960U1 using BariatricPal mobile app
WinterFish 11 Posted October 12, 2019 You’ll get through it! The nauseous and gas pains were so intense for me the first 2 days I didn’t think I had the strength to handle it. Try and focus on taking deep breaths. Sounds lame, but it helped me. It will get a little bit better day by day.

ypease 177 Posted October 25, 2019 I think some if the issues re Fluid intake maybe because of your nausea. Let's face it, when you feel sick like that the last thing you want to do is swallow something to stir it back up. You will get through this. You are strong and have made it this far. Keep envisioning what you will be doing in 3 months you don't do now! Everyones journey is different. You can do this! I have lost 24 lbs since 10/1 when I had my surgery. Just look what you have to look forward too!
