RNY 2ND RODEO 23 Posted October 9, 2019 Had RNY revision 8/23 and went from 408lbs to 344 in 2 weeks. Problem is, have not lost any since then. Getting discouraged. Tired of people asking how much you lost, and answering "nothin". What am I doing wrong?Sent from my LGMP260 using BariatricPal mobile app 1 ProudGrammy reacted to this

If you recall the first time around, your body went through it. That's quite a bit of weight at one time and your body has to adjust. Keep following your doctor's orders. That is HUGE!!!!!! You have lost 63 pounds in two weeks and you're discouraged?????[emoji44][emoji848] Don't you think you should be celebrating the victory?????[emoji323][emoji322] Congratulations and keep going. You can do this. [emoji846][emoji1474]Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app

JRT Mom 919 Posted October 12, 2019 How often do you weigh? Many people weigh daily and get discouraged when they don't see the scale moving. I would weigh weekly instead. Those plateaus are so frustrating!! 1 Lady VS reacted to this
