Jerseygal247 4 Posted October 8, 2019 I’ve been the exact same weight for the last 5 weeks? I’m about 6 months out and I’m down only 46 lbs, my HW 298 SW 282, I started working out, and believe I’m losing inches, but I’m so discouraged at my progress. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this
ARMoma45 353 Posted October 8, 2019 Just keep going. I had a brief stall and was working out 5 days a week and still couldn't budge the scale...but one day it just ended lol. Keep working out and eating well and it'll be fine. 3 Jerseygal247, GreenTealael and FluffySaysForkIt! reacted to this

Physically being smaller is sometimes much more important than a number on the scale... (I just lost 6 lbs of Water weight in 2 days but my measurements are the same 😒 so it doesn't make one bit of difference in the long run, but those inches are usually fat lbs being shed 🙌) 3 FluffySaysForkIt!, Jerseygal247 and ARMoma45 reacted to this
Jobber 321 Posted October 8, 2019 I've been the same weight (give or take a pound) for the last 4 weeks, but in that time I've also moved in a belt notch and a watch notch, so I know there's more to what's happening with my weight loss. I work out almost every day and watch what I eat. Be patient and keep with your routine. If there's other reasons that you're not losing, it's time to be honest with yourself as to why this may be happening. Good luck 1 ARMoma45 reacted to this
AngieBear 2,524 Posted October 8, 2019 (edited) My scale has been stalled out for a couple of weeks now. Though I know it happens, and this is a normal part of the process, it’s annoying. A stall is great time to re-evaluate your eating and activity. I’m checking in with myself by logging my food. And I’m going to hide my scale, because I attach too much emotion to what it says Edited October 8, 2019 by AngieBear 2 ARMoma45 and Jerseygal247 reacted to this
