ashem 1 Posted October 3, 2019 (edited) Sometimes I have a moment and forget. Then end up eating super fast making myself feel stuck. Throw up then feel kinda normal. Im 3 1/2 weeks out, does this nausea/vomiting thing ever stop?! Will it get better? I have a meatball tonight and that’s all it took. I don’t throw up after EVERY meal just eating faster. AZhiker 2,253 Posted October 3, 2019 It will definitely get better, but you just have to train yourself to eat really slowly and stop BEFORE you feel full. Like eat half of what you think you can, and then stop for at least 10 minutes. I remember that so well. I would feel just fine, assessing my fullness after each bite.... and then suddenly WOW! TOO FULL and sick. It's hard, because we had decades of just eating fast and swallowing mindlessly. Now we have to unlearn that behavior and slow it waaaaay down. It's hard, and frustrating. But it will get better, I promise. For now, just stop way before you think you need to. 2 Mildred Rose and Tralynn222 reacted to this
