Got word today from Cigna that my surgery has been approved !!!!! Aiming for a 11/1/19 surgery date !!!!! I am one happy camper 🙂

yeah, being approved - wonderful!!

your new exciting life is right in front of your nose

get a jump start pre-op - shakes, watch your portions - many Water rules

to get used to such as no drinking w/meals and not drinking for 30-45 minutes

after you eat😒 (whatever your NUT will tell you)

Yup , i am already watching my portions and I started the Protein Shakes and stuff.. The no drinking while eating is hard 😕 ..
