This is strange, I've been tracking, in Sept I was stalled for 19 days. But i lost 17lbs during the 11 days I wasn't.

The key here I've found is to keep on track as hard as it may seem.

I have stalled a few times - Similar time we both had it done, My key was to watch what i drink
