Bree03 11 Posted December 17, 2019 Hey everyone. I am exactly 4 weeks post op today. I wanted to ask if anyone else felt a strange “ache” on their stomachs, more on the sides. Almost like stretching pain or like you were holding your arms up for a long time. just wondering what it could be. thank you

Hey! Glad you’re doing well. Ive gone to my two week and my next apt isn’t until Jan. It’s not a concerning or consistent ache. Just weird. It could also be the lack of movement or me sleeping incorrectly since I still can’t sleep on my stomach. just started “regular food” as of this week. Still can’t eat much so i would say I’m still following the plan, for the most part. Edited December 17, 2019 by Bree03

I can't believe I'll be 3 weeks post op tomorrow, time Sure does fly by. I'm down to 222 lbs, right at 25 lbs. My clothes already feel so much better and I can wear my rings again, so there is my non-scale victory. How are you doing? How's your weight loss going? 2 Chardonnay40 and november11 reacted to this

HappyHikerGal 132 Posted December 18, 2019 Today is my 1-month surgiversary. Time has flown. I'm down 17 pounds since surgery - slow and steady. So far I'm meeting my nutritional requirements and foods have been agreeing with me. I'm on the soft food phase. I am noticeably thinner, and down 51 pounds since the summer. I have been having fun shopping in my closet and recently unpacked my smaller sized clothes so they will be ready this year. My next goal will be to do more exercise and develop that habit. I'm also hoping that it will help me get over feeling so fatigued. I'm so excited for this journey! 2 1 Chardonnay40, Heather246 and november11 reacted to this

I'm down to 220.0 and I'm 3 weeks and 3 days post op. Starting weight 246 lbs, surgery weight 237 lbs... Total loss since surgery is also 17 lbs. I've been sticking to Keto diet and have really been craving carbs lately. I'm wondering if anyone else did or is doing keto diet post op and if so, what happens to the weight loss if you go back to a regular diet? 2 november11 and HappyHikerGal reacted to this
Unclechaz 90 Posted December 22, 2019 Hey Unclechaz just left my six week also .. How are you doing?Thank G-d, all is well. My 6-week labs showed my Iron is pretty low which may help explain why I've been feeling so weak. Made some adjustments and going to recheck blood in 8 weeks. Other than that, doing well on Water intake, averaging about 60 grams of Protein, and about 450 calories per day. Monday will be 7 weeks. Down about 35 since surgery.Sent from my SM-G950U using BariatricPal mobile app 4 gwoodgm, simplydevine2019, november11 and 1 other reacted to this
