Snapcase- 430 Posted September 22, 2019 Hey guys decided I would post some pics and my story. I’m Mike and I’m 37 from Montreal. Waited a full 5 years to get this surgery. Best decision I ever made. Surgery was Nov. 22, 2018 and I’ve since lost over 180 lbs! I work out 6 times a week; cardio, swimming and various exercises. let me know what you think! mike 19 2 6 nenes78, Healthy_life2, Flo-grown and 24 others reacted to this

AmyCM 4 Posted September 22, 2019 Congratulations, Mike! You look wonderful, happy, and on your way to better and better health. That's great that you are able to work out 6 days a week. How soon did you notice your energy increasing as well as your stamina? How soon were you able to work up to exercising 6 days a week? Again, congratulations , and I wish you continued success! 2 Bastian and Snapcase- reacted to this

Training is a mental game more than physical. And. Arguing exercises. Went for a 16km hike recently. It’s all about pacing and objectives. Now that I can fit in airplane seats I’ll be able to take long flights to other countries of the bloody commonwealth lol mike 5 ProudGrammy, Bastian, FluffyChix and 2 others reacted to this
