Hi all. I was banded 1/15/15. This has been the best 6 months ever.

Pic on the left was taken at the end of June and on the right December 2014.

Wow I can't believe it's going to be 3 yrs next month Sept. 28th to be exact & yes it took a while but from 320# to so far 167 & going hopefully my body will let me get to my goal but I will take what I have now like health , being able to walk & better fitting clothes.
