Gastric Sleeve Surgery Booked

I am thrilled and looking forward to having my VSG surgery on January 6, 2020 with Dr. Ariel Ortiz at the Obesity Control Center in Tijuana!

After a lot of research and deliberation, I'm am incredibly on board with this decision and now I'm spending my time preparing my mind and body. I'm continuing with Weight Watchers, developing a walking routine, listening to podcasts, reading, and learning as much as I can about life before, during and after bariatric surgery. I'm also reflecting on my past weight loss attempts to dissect lessons learned. 2020 will be a turning point for me!
