My dietician has been great helping me find alternatives but things are still pretty limited. 100% whey isolate Protein Shakes made with Almond milk or Water seem to work for me though. Very glad to find this community. Congrats! Welcome to the club I am on the same boat as you. I thought I was having a heart attack the pain and pressure was so bad. But this community is soooo very helpful. It's nice knowing that we are definitely not alone in this. So many questions and answers can be found on here.
