JMA2019 43 Posted September 16, 2019 Personal question, but about how long after your sleeve did it take for you to do a “Number 2”? 😬
Jobber 321 Posted September 16, 2019 4 days for me, but I was also full of Miralax and stool softener. Wasn't fun, but stay on the softener and miralax for a while to keep it going.

Jeelena2019 29 Posted September 16, 2019 10 days after surgery and it wasn’t much. My surgery was 12/10/18. The first two months post op sleeve it was a struggle and I would go about every 4 days and now it is about every two days. I noticed once I was able to increase my liquids and activity things improved. I still have a strong restriction and can only eat about 3-4 Oz at a meal and I am never hungry. Starting weight 310+ (wouldn’t weigh myself) day of surgery 288 and I am down 139 lbs since surgery with only 3-5 more pounds to go.
Bianca S. 195 Posted September 16, 2019 I think everyone is different but for me i was able to go (TMI but it was like water) wishing 4days out of the hospital. And real solid #2 once I was advanced to soft/solids stage 3 but just this weekend I suffered from Constipation to where I cried (yup it was that bad). Today marks exactly 4 weeks Post Op :) 1 Deedee12 reacted to this
samusaurusrex 35 Posted September 23, 2019 day after surgery but it was very, very loose. Now since then, I struggle with Constipation all the time and still, almost 7 months out, still take two stool softeners a day and digestive enzymes at night. I have cut out laxatives, i was taking them about once a week in the beginning and your body can get used to them and come to expect them. Hot coffee seems to help me too.
