SassyTwin 10 Posted September 15, 2019 Hello. What have you found, in addition to this site, to be a valuable resource? Any favorite Instagram accounts or Facebook groups? Any preferred tracking apps? Any great cookbooks? 1 HipHopDiva reacted to this
GradyCat 3,695 Posted September 15, 2019 I like using MyFitnessPal to track my daily exercise, Water intake and food intake. It's free. It tracks calories, fat, Protein, sodium, etc. It keeps me accountable. 1 HipHopDiva reacted to this

Bianca S. 195 Posted September 15, 2019 I use my Apple Watch, and Baritastic app to log my weight, intake, Water intake. The app also has recipes you can try that are meant for Bariatric patients, the weight log portion also has milestones for you to achieve which motivates me more. You can use a reminder feature that I use to remind me to take my Vitamins. You can put a checklist you need to do, and you can do more as well! 3 Deedee12, gwoodgm and PlanetHopper reacted to this

MaddieSpahr 48 Posted March 19, 2020 There are so many very useful accounts on Instagram that post recipes and content for bariatric patients. I post recipes all the time and save them to highlights that are bariatric friendly. I do grocery hauls, what I keep on hand in my kitchen, Q and As about my journey. I’ve lost 180 pounds with gastric bypass and healthy lifestyle change. My Instagram is Maddie5088. I also have a public Facebook page called Mornings with Maddie. 1 Mello1 reacted to this
