brandimichellexo 63 Posted September 13, 2019 So, every day, through out the day since surgery, my face has became really warm and flushed. No fever. Not dehydrated (well my urine is normal colored) and i take all of my Vitamins. I just “don’t feel good” like I feel absolute blah. I don’t know if this is normal or if it’s something else. Did anyone else experience this? I had my surgery on Monday, 9/9. Yes, I know I just had major surgery but I read other posts and people seem like they are going for a 2 mile jog. I’m a worry wart. I have no idea how old you are but WLS can bring on early menopause. Could it be a hot flash? Oh, I see you're 24. Bad guess. Good luck figuring it out. momof3_angels 465 Posted September 13, 2019 I get the same way and my surgery was 9/4. I am barely taking longer walks. And when I do I am wiped out. Everyone is different. Go at your own pace.Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

Libby63 57 Posted September 14, 2019 Not surgery related but I get those symptoms both from blood sugar fluctuations and when my thyroid levels are not right.
tashie123 46 Posted September 23, 2019 I think this is normal. You aren't eating. You just had major surgery. I remember how EXHAUSTED I got from just taking showers. I couldn't eat much at all. I had no will to eat during the first few weeks. Like after I got out of the shower, I had to rest before I could even put on my clothes. I had no pain or anything, just weakness. It gets better with time. I am 8 months out and feel energized. I eat around 600-800 calories and workout everyday.
