PudgeBeGone 99 Posted September 9, 2019 This is the progress just from the first four days of seasoning(Seasoning your corset is the process of slowly breaking in your corset. It allows the steel bones of the fabric to slowly mold to your shape and will result in a longer lasting, more comfortable corset. The seasoning process also gives your body some time to adjust to the pressure of a corset.) 🤯 the corset isn’t even fully seasoned till the month mark. I’m just mad at myself for waiting this long to get one 😂. I definitely recommend it! I got mine from alteregoclothing.com.

elcee 3,341 Posted September 9, 2019 Didn’t corsets go out with the Victorians? Do we really need to put ourselves through that kind of discomfort? 1 1 1 Panda333, Pearldrop and lzucks reacted to this

DeanaNJ 25 Posted September 10, 2019 How did you find out about these? Do you know anyone that has permanent results? Or do you have to wear forever? Not much information on their website...
always 59 Posted September 10, 2019 Anything that involves the Steele rods/elastic support, etc...actually decreases muscle tone. That's probably why it is able to shape you. In the 80's all Abdominal surgery were wrapped in these waist binders. Then back injuries jumped on board. Any back pain you got a back brace/support. When you took it off the poor muscle tone caused more bad then good. Oh forgot if you fractured a rib we did chest wraps, not sure how many pneumonia that caused but it was a common side effect. Like the old saying goes if you don't use it you loss it.....Ask you surgeon or PCP
