mousecat88 2,281 Posted September 4, 2019 (edited) On the top of the forum it says I have 5320 reward points, but when I go to the store in the lefthand corner next to rewards it says I have 0 points. And when I click on account, the rewards section just spins and never loads. I also have never been able to see when I checkout where I would enter to use my rewards points. I'm not quite ready to place an order, but will soon and would like to use them.... If the issue continues, please email store@BariatricPal.com so we can assist further You can not use points if you have any products in your cart that are subscription based, since it uses a non-standard store checkout.
